How can I write a review when I haven't received what I ordered? The last order I placed took nearly 6 weeks to arrive because my order was "lost" due to some computer glitch. And then I get a delivery notice but it hadn't been delivered and the customer rep said "sorry, the package was delivered." Two days later it was delivered but it was an extremely frustrating experience. I'm hoping this current experience goes much more smoothly.

Very slow …Service provider does not reach out to you and have no clue what you’re getting or if you even approve the work till you get it … Very Very over priced !!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and my product. The ordering of my pet portraits (I ordered 3) was super easy! The final product came out INCREDIBLE. I love them so much! I want to get one for everyone who has a pet, because they are so fun! The portraits are exactly what you expect and more!
