Beautiful product that really captured the individual features of my pets. It will be a treasured keepsake for my pets who have passed. Brings me joy to see their little faces each day. Thank you for your beautiful work W&W! 💖

Amazing likeness! This was a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he loved it. I was impressed with the likeness of the pups and how easy the order process was. I received an email letting me know that my order was delayed by 1 week and 1 week later I got the email that it was shipped. Very satisfied with it! I wish I could submit pics.

West & Willow is an amazing company to purchase pet portraits. Their portraits are super cute & are a great addition to my home! I wasn't completely satisfied with the original image and after going back and forth with their outstanding customer service team, they offered to send me a replacement portrait (of the newly approved image) at no extra cost. I highly recommend them!

Three different customer service reps doing three entirely different things. Not one time did they pick up the phone and call me… The site does not offer a order preview, therefore I can see how mistakes are made, not a good site very difficult to do business with, disappointing!

I was so excited to receive this in the mail, and I have to say it totally did not disappoint! It is the purrrrfect portrait of my 3 fur babies. I highly recommend!
