West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The order process was quick & easy. I only placed my order today so I can't wait to see the final product.

I am just really happy with the customer service and the repsonses that I have received. This is a great company.

Frame came broken, proportions are completely off. One of my dogs looks like a bear in the painting, wish they could’ve asked for a better picture

It came quickly. The day I needed it actually but I am not impressed with the quality. I should of been advised to pick a better photo bc I’m just not happy with the way it turned out for almost $100

Looked great. Our dog passed away so it was very special to receive this.

Adding the photos was easy, and this was a fun process!

On the original portrait, the frame was coming apart on the bottom upon arrival. When i let them know they immediately offered to make it right and offered to send a replacement. And it came in perfectly intact! Great customer service and willingness to make it right.

It was an easy website to download my picture and several options for the background color other than just plain white.
