The image came out pretty well, however I would have liked to see a draft first. The shoulders don’t look realistic, which I assume is a product of them having to smooth out the collars in the photo. The image emphasizes the face over the body/shoulders of the dog, so all-in-all, I’m happy with how it came out.

I didn't know what to expect but took a chance and I am so happy I did. This is the perfect image for me to look at when I need to smile. I'm not very patient and it did take a bit longer than I expected, but the wait was worth it. Already receiving lot's of oohs and aahs and questions abouut where it was purchased.!

Takes extremely long and they don’t even email you the support team doesn’t get back to you. It’s about to be 3 weeks and I still don’t know nothing about my order. They already charged my card and I don’t even know if I’m getting my item.

West and willow. Absolutely great. Loved the picture. When it arrived ( on time ) one of the dogs was off colour . I simply emailed the customer service. Easy - within 48 I was sent the digital redone picture and it was exactly as I had asked. No hassle , simple and fast. Also - the work is beautiful
