I never received my order!!! I sent notice several different times, I would get a note saying they were resending the order, but have never received it. I have been charged for this dog pic, and expect someone to figure it out! Please let me know. Mary Beardsley

West & Willow customer service is outstanding. They have a happy customer in me! I have made three pet portraits over the years, and on the third one it wasn't quite right. They were quick to fix the issues and we are back on track!

I got 2 pictures done and one has great detail and is amazing while the other one looks like it used a different technique, with bolder brush strokes and definitely not as life like. Not sure if it was because of the picture I gave them but otherwise really love these products!

You went above and beyond the call of duty. My husband loves the picture!! Recently it had fallen off the wall and the frame cracked in the corner. I emailed the company to ask if I could by a replacement frame, to which the answer was no. Instead they sent me a whole new framed picture without charge. I did not expect this at all and would have been glad to buy a replacement. Thank you to the West and Willow team for superb customer service!! My family has enjoyed all the pictures they have received!! A+

Would have loved a few more different options for the background. As well as it was difficult for me to determine how the sizes would actually look. Maybe in the pictures it would be nice to list measurements of the ones chosen so you could see it next to the pet featured. But I’m excited to see how it turns out!

Amazing company!!!!! I had ordered a few other dog portraits from a different business and after getting a new pup realized that they were closed down. I did some searches online and found West and Willow and placed an order. It came in very quickly and was beautiful only my dogs coloring looked slightly darker than expected and it wasn’t the same artistry as my other ones. I emailed West & Willow and they got back to me SO fast telling me that they would re-make it. They even sent pictures of my other portraits to the artists and had them re-make my new pups portrait to look like my other ones. 10/10 recommend! Their customer service is amazing and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Andrian was my support team person and they were so kind, thoughtful, and prompt.
