I haven’t heard anything since my purchase 10 days ago. The order confirmation email said I would receive shipping confirmation with tracking info in 4-7 business days. This was for my daughter’s 16th birthday, but seems it won’t make it in time.

Picture is okay
Picture is okay. I wish I could have seen a mock up of the final piece so I could see what the picture would've looked like. I might have picked a better picture. I think the name could have been larger.

Overall amazing experience
My pictures came out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Needed to work with customer service and they to, were superb. Highly recommend

Surpassed Expectations
I received my sweatshirt way faster than I expected! I got it for my husband as a Christmas gift and I am SO excited to give it to him. They got my sweet girls face matched perfectly. The quality is great.

Every aspect is ***** stars except one thing. You gave my girl eyes. She has no eyes. She is blind from glaucoma that hit her suddenly in both eyes at the same time. I sent a favorite photo of her from one of our hikes—it was taken 5 months after her eyes were removed so she would be pain-free. She was 4 yo. She’s now 8 yo—an amazing dog and still an amazing hiker.

Don't bother
Ordered a few years ago and it turned out great so i thought i would order again. Just received my order and it looks like quality have dropped significantly. I ordered the wrong size which is on me. Makes it worse though because for how expensive it was I didn't think anything about my order. Make your own on AI or go on Etsy
