I ordered my phone case and paid extra to be bumped to the front of the line and it still hasn’t shipped. That was over 6 weeks ago.

Pillows advertised, and though it says the insert is sold separately, I see no way to order the pillow insert. Cover is useless without the insert. And if we must purchase elsewhere, the site should say that and advise as to the proper insert size to fit the case - they do not typically match one another. Hard to send as a gift, incomplete.
