Customer service was excellent. Quickly replaced an order because the coloring was a bit off. Ordered two portraits from them and was extremely happy. Definitely recommend buying a portrait from West and Willow!

The reason I picked the picture was the hat. I couldn’t believe it when I looked inside and no hat. I saw where there was no collar but hat was not mentioned. Oh well.

Hello Sally, We are very sorry for the confusion. Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to accommodate such customizations.

The picture of our little bundle of joy was perfect and arrived undamaged even though the box was a little beat up. Thank you!

We ordered a picture of our Keeshond, Stoker, in hopes to get in time for my wife's birthday. Not only was it perfect, but it came a little earlier than I had hoped for. Which was okay because it turns out it arrived the day after Stoker passed away unexpectedly. It was just what we needed to get us through these days. Thank you guys!
