West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I’ve ordered multiple prints from West & Willow. Very happy with all. Great company.

Fast service and love the artistic interpretation!

Website is incredibly easy to use. I accidentally closed out my windows trying to view my file to make sure it was correct. When I opened it back up it brought me right to where I was! Very excited to see how they illustrate our babies!!

Ordered as a gift. Was received promptly and it turned out beautifully and was loved!

I had a minor issue with my print of my baby girl. I messaged west & willow…. Issue fixed with no problem at all! Great customer service and product!

I accidentally shipped it to the wrong address and they made me a new one for free. Great customer service 😅

What made my experience great was that I wasn’t completely satisfied with the printed name on the top, and they redid it for me with no questions asked. Their customer service was beyond excellent. The portrait of the dog looked very similar to my dog, and it was very professional! Well done.

My pet portrait turned out excellent! The portraits of my two dogs looked exactly like the pictures I submitted. It's very accurate and the centering was spot on as well.
