Amazing customer service! Helped to make small tweaks and sent me my beautiful portrait!

Exceptional Work! I recently received my order from West and Willow and I couldn't be more thankful. This wasn't just a typical request; it was a heartfelt tribute to my beloved Toby, who passed away recently. The portrait of Toby is more than just a picture – it's a beautifully captured essence that has brought immense peace and comfort to our home. The attention to detail and the ability to convey Toby's love is truly commendable. Thank you for the outstanding work and for bringing back a piece of joy to our lives.

I love the products. Mine came with an error. The company made it very simple for me to explain my problem. They sent me a replacement after a few very friendly emails. I would say it was the best customer service I have had in a long time.

Amazing staff and quality exceptional Coopers pictures is a perfect replica of him. Tears flow down as I opened package now I will have my heart dog always with me

The site was well organized and easy to use. It was quick and affordable.

Love, love, love your products!! Can’t wait to get the picture and mug! So easy to order. My Murtagh is only 7 years young and is our 4th Lab and our first ever to develop Lymphoma 😢, BUT the good news is that with the help of chemo he has kicked Cancer’s tail!! This portrait is his reward! ( and ours) 💗👍👏🏻🐾🐾🦩

Very easy to navigate and order
