West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Good experience despite a frame color error. Courteous and fast services 😊

Picture looks JUST like what I sent and it came really fast!! I love it so much and I’m so excited to gift it for Christmas! Thank you!

The customer service provided by Moe and the rest of the support and production team was outstanding. Not only does this company have a GREAT product and truly bring your pets to life in the work they do, but I can't recommend them highly enough for the service I was provided when needing to make changes to the product I received, at no added charge. 10/10 recommend these folks

I haven’t received my order as yet, but I have corresponded with customer service about the photograph I provided. It was old and of poor quality, but when I told them it was the only photo of a dog my husband had of the deceased dog, they promised to do everything they could to make a good portrait. West & Willow was wonderful to talk to.

Shipping is a bit pricey

Picture game out so cute and it arrived quicker than it said!

I can't wait to get this portrait of my fur babies thar have passed on over the rainbow it was easy to do and love the choices

All correspondence regarding the pictures that were to be used, and having to change a few things was so easy. The team was thorough in explaining things and super friendly. Can't wait to see the end result!
