Ordering process was easy and I needed assistance after placing my order. Kristine answered my questions and was so sweet!

I have placed an order at the end of October. It said 2 to 3 weeks before I would receive a shipping confirmation. I texted two different times and received no answer the third time I chatted with a wonderful lady and she told me that my picture was stuck in production The next morning there was a new order out for my picture couple days. I received the picture too much of my surprise yesterday when I got home, there was another picture sitting on my doorstep. I contacted them right away to let them know that I did receive another picture. They had told me that go ahead and keep the picture and hope I have a merry Christmas. This is the sweetest thing I received yesterday and all the world there’s so much hatred going around but when a company steps up and helps you find a picture that means so much to you and your husband not only did you receive one picture but received the same picture as a gift I had tears in my eyes last night. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to get a picture of their fur babies together. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you guys have gone above and beyond. Thank you.

It has been 6 weeks and I have not received my $70 order nor has anyone from this company returned any of my emails. This was supposed to be a very special gift for someone. Highly disappointed!

I lost my baby Rockit to cancer just before Thanksgiving. For nearly 16 years we ate breakfast together and I'm devastated without her. The first comfort I found was using my new mug with her sweet face on it.
