I don’t write reviews often, but I had to come and write one for West & Willow. This custom pet art turned out absolutely perfect. I teared up a bit when I opened my package. It’s gorgeous and I couldn’t ask for anything better. Highly, highly recommend West & Willow if you’re looking for something to honor your pets. The price is also extremely reasonable for the final product you receive.

I ordered a picture for my best friend for Christmas. Turned out even more perfect than imagined! She’s gonna love it!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The site was easy to navigate and checking out was easy. The only flaw is just how much this company contacts the customer about deals/remembering to make a purchase. It was a bit annoying. I was going to make the purchase eventually, and didn't need to get 5 texts and emails a day from them reminding me to "check out."
