I absolutely loved the portraits I received of my sister's cats as a Christmas present. I will definitely order again!

I placed a West & Willow order for 3 individual pet portraits on November 15, and my order arrived today December 6. The wait was well worth it -- I am overwhelmed at the amazing quality of the artwork, and was almost verklempt when I opened the package. I am going to treasure these portraits!

Great turn around time. The portrait of my dog and cat came out great. It really captured they’re expressions. So happy with it, I just ordered another for my brother!

The website is very easy to use!

Not even a close representation of my dog. My daughter didn’t even recognize the dog in the portrait. I was going to order more of these for family but not a chance after seeing this example

The quality is honestly just not there for the cost of this product. I have ordered twice now from you. The first time, I had to be sent a new portrait because a barcode was visible at the bottom and it was not well placed inside frame. I just received my newest order for my new dog, and the saw tooth holder on back of frame was put on crooked so there’s a low chance the frame will hang straight. There seems to be no quality control and for the amount you all are charging that should just not be the case. Edited to add: The company reached out after they read my review, offering to rectify the situation. After an initial offer for me to repurchase the item at a discount, they then offered to send a replacement.
