Final product poor quality. I could have done the same on my own printer. $120 for a poor quality 8x10 generic dog pic of your dog. First product had wrong name. Still waiting for replacement.

I’m very disappointed and upset that I paid $80 plus for a simply framed 8x10, not good picture of Tucker. He does have a sugar face but not just around one eye!! I could have done a better job at Walgreens for a fraction of the cost.

The finished product looked like a cartoon rendering of our dog. Actually, not even that… it looked like a cartoon of someone else’s dog. It was intended as a Christmas gift and I threw it away instead of gifting it. This is the first time I’ve had an Instagram ad so completely misrepresent the finished product.

My best friend cried tears of joy when she saw the portrait of her dog who recently passed!

Received the wrong dog originally, which took 4 weeks. Received the replacement quickly but the artist may have been rushed because the photo resemblances a boxer but is missing the marking of my dog such a large pink spot on her chin which wasn’t captured and is a much darker brown than the auburn color she truly is.

Picture came out great. Arrived in plenty of time for the holidays. The support team was very helpful, and responsive.
