West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Received a graphic that looks like I plugged a photo into AI and I had to wait almost a week after delivery and multiple emails to get the digital copy I also bought. They redid it a little better but still not very custom and was sent it as a sticker, not digital copy supposed to be with the name and background. For almost a hundred dollars it’s super cheap quality and still haven’t received my actual digital copy or physical over a month and a half later. Wish I didn’t buy and will have to wait to see if they actually send it to me.

I am more than satisfied with my portrait of Felix and Fenway, my Boston Terrier brothers ❤️I love the photo and will enjoy it for years to come! Both photos captured their personalities!

I called trying to change my address before the product was sent out. The person that emailed me back said that wasn't possible and that there was nothing they could do. This was very disappointing and I will not be using you in the future. Customer service is all about what you say not how you say it.

My friend has ordered through this company before and the products are AMAZING! Super easy and user friendly website, got done with my order so quickly! Love all the options for backgrounds and frames!

I absolutely love this pet portrait company! The portraits are beautiful and the service is amazing! My package got lost in the mail and they replaced it! I cannot thank you guys enough for your generosity!! Will absolutely buy again soon!!!

Although the spelling of one of my dogs name was incorrect, everything else went well and the customer service I received was top notch.

It was a great experience- the first time I ordered- so I ordered a second time

Our portrait is beautiful! I also needed to work with customer support and they were responsive and helpful. Our portrait was for our recently passed cat and it is a beautiful memorial. Well done West & Willow!
