I feel that West & Willow did an excellent job on my dog Duke’s portrait. My dog is 10 1/2 yrs old and I really wanted a forever keepsake for when he’s no longer with me. The portrait took 3 1/2 weeks to receive, but I ordered a couple weeks before Christmas & expected there might be a slight delay. They captured Duke’s essence in a sweet & soft way. I am Very happy.

Awesome product and customer service. I accidentally received the incorrect frame color and the team was very quick to send a replacement at no cost. Will certainly look to purchase again in the future.

Ordered first week of December for a Christmas gift for a family member. I received the picture quick but it had the wrong name, mistake on their behalf. I messaged right away. Got a message back apologizing and that they would fix it. Well today is January 9, 2024 and I still have not received the corrected picture. I have emailed numerous times and nothing has been offered in taking forever to get my correct picture.

I was so impressed with the customer service I bragged to my family about West & Willow. The first framed photo we received was not exactly what I wanted but after reaching out, the following photo was perfect. West & Willow were so understanding, EASY to work with and knew exactly what I needed. I LOVE the picture of our dog and would absolutely order from them again! Highly recommend - BEST Customer Service EVER!
