I never got a preview? I thought I was supposed to see the artwork and make tweaks or changes before it was final. So I can't really rate it as I haven't seen it yet.

The picture I received is just perfect. I got this for my husband. The picture captures his sweet face perfectly, and will allow us (especially my husband) to keep his image present without him being with us any longer.

I ordered a three dog pic and two of the three are perfect but the third looks pretty bad. I dont know if its a.i. that does these but there shouldn't be blue on my dogs face. There is way too muchbrown added to the thirds eyes as well.

The photo does not look like the picture I provided. Fur too dark and eye color doesn’t match.
