I had a wonderful experience. Received the portrait and unfortunately did not love the edit. I contacted support and I had exceptional service. We discussed why I was unhappy and I was provided with multiple chances to view edits until I was satisfied. The result was amazing and shipping time was perfect. I am very happy as this photo provides a beautiful memory of a late angel. Thank you again!!

The product came to be rolled up and bent. It was actually 7x9 not 8x10. The picture barely looked like the picture I sent and the product quality of paper was just that. A piece of paper . Should have cost way less.

Beautiful work of art. I cried when I saw my lovely 4 legged children and I think my husband and children will too!

We have family that has portraits of 2 of their pets so we had a high bar expectation already and the portrait we received for our pup blew us away. They absolutely captured his spirit and we are so happy with the result. Thank you so much!

I have been a long time lover of W&W and have bought 4 wonderful portraits of my pets over the years. Recently, my friends dog past away suddenly at the age of 3, it was traumatizing to say the least. I wanted to get her and their family something special so I immediately thought of W&W. unfortunately they “flagged” my purchase and asked me to provide my drivers license - this is ridiculous. Without getting into the details, after two weeks I finally was able to get my money back and here I am still nothing to give my friend and her family. Terrible customer service (which was never the case over the past years) I won’t be promoting W&W sadly and will be finding another company and recommending them instead. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this entire situation.

The pictures came out amazing. Love them. I have ordered in the past and was worried they would be different and not match. They are the same great quality and go perfectly.
