Timely and highly competent customer service. I had questions about whether an image would work. Ralph at customer service told me right away with style that it would. This made ordering worry free. After I placed my order, I realized a day later that I selected the wrong portrait size. But customer service efficiently changed my order, kept my discount and got me what I wanted. I wish all customer service experiences were like that! And the product is great too!

The paper and frame were very cheap quality. Certainly not worth the amount of money I paid for it.

I am very pleased. When I opened it, I cried. Looks just like my beautiful golden retriever of 13 years, that I just lost on April 11th. I have it hanging on the wall in my living room, and it’s like she is looking right at me. What a beautiful way to honor my baby girl. Thank you so very much!

5 stars may be more fair as everything went well, good quality, fast turnaround time. My only disappointment is that one of the dog prints wasn't a great likeness to our dog (too white and fury).

My order was missing the hanger. West & Willow sent another picture free of charge. Besides the very talented work of art, they were willing to make it right. I would definitely recommend West and Willow.
