West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

100% a SCAM site. Not only is there no artists, but it’s clear all of our pictures are run through an AI filter. There are multiple sites under different names with the same exact videos and pictures. They give 30 minutes to cancel or edit an order, so if you don’t read others’ reviews or notice the signs ahead of time, make sure to start a claim through your bank or a chargeback. It will work. They will get spooked and refund you like they did with me. The order still shipped and boy was it bad. The frame looked like pressed cardboard (not wood), the color of the dog’s fur was white instead of tan, the teeth looks cartoonish, and the breed resembled a taller version of a short mutt dog. Thanks for taking advantage of grieving pet owners. AVOID.

Usually, I’m not a complainer graphics on this is terrible. You can barely see the image of the dog. The frame is coming apart.

It’s Perfect!!!

I haven't even received my order yet. Therefore I don't know why I'm being asked to review my purchase. I placed my order on 5/2/24. Today is 5/13/24. I thought it would've been here by now. I thought I would get a chance to "view"/approve what my pet portrait was going to look like before my order was actually finalized. That was not an option.

My daughter had to put down her 5 yr old lab. I got this for her. She loved it. It was perfect.

We absolutely love West & Willow! We've made purchases for ourselves and for friends who have lost their fur baby. I recently did the same and unfortunately one of the pet portraits didn't really look like our pet. The team was sooo helpful when I reached out by my concern and made the effort to work with me rework the portrait. So I have nothing but the best to say and it's we always recommend West & Willow.

Fast and easy to use

The best gift I could have ever gotten. It was a perfect picture of my best friend, my best girl- my pup!
