I couldn’t be more impressed with West & Willow. I received my portrait of my dog who recently passed and while I loved the features they captured so well, I just didn’t love the shading on it (totally my fault for the picture I sent in). When they were told, they immediately reached out and asked how they could make it right and ended up sending me a new portrait. Would 1000% recommend.

Good quality- but I sent an email for a correction that was never made- so doesn’t look like my dog unfortunately -if I was made aware that it wasn’t going to be made I would have planned differently

I accidentally put a wrong shipping address when placing the order, the team was able to quickly correct it and they were so helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them for anyone, plus the final product is wonderful and we enjoy it very much ❤️!! We will come back again for sure!

The reprint I received was in such poor condition. There were fingerprints, smudges and creases. I’ve asked for an exchange and I’ve received poor communication. Email after email they’ve called me by the wrong name and are not responding with any kind of sense of urgency! If you get any mistake with your order, it’s over. This company is not professional, just a bunch of AI and robots.
