Order came quickly and the portrait was so life like. I highly recommend to any pet lover!

I placed an order with 2 dogs. I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed support and they informed me the second photo didn’t download. I would have appreciated them reaching out once they noticed and couldn’t move forward. Those 2 lost week didn’t allow for my husband to receive his gift on Father’s Day. That was a bit frustrating. Once the rep reach out she was very helpful. But still didn’t know when to expect my order. Still have to received my order so I don’t know the quality yet. The most frustrating thing was not having a phone number to contact to move things along.

You can see the crease marks from being rolled up. Also looks cheap. This was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift and shipping was delayed several times. Disappointed.

The picture looks wonderful. The only thing I can say is that if I would have seen a proof I would have said that my one dog is bigger then the other but how it was cropped, he looks smaller. Still happy with it.

I ordered a picture for my husband for Fathers Day three weeks ago and I still don’t have it. I’ve emailed many times requesting an ETA. The only response I got was that they needed pictures. So I resent the same pictures I sent with my order and still there has been no word on when it will arrive. Father’s Day is tomorrow and it won’t be here in time. Your advertisement said 2-3 weeks so I went ahead and ordered it because Fathers Day was 3 weeks away. We just lost our beloved 4 legged son a little over three weeks ago so I was really hoping to give this to him as a wonderful memorial. When I resent the pictures I let them know that I needed it for Father’s Day. I was assured that they would stay on top of this order. I can’t rate anything else yet because I don’t have the product but this is the second email request for a review so this is the best I can do.

The painting of our dogs is amazing!!! Both of their personalities are captured perfectly. Fast shipping and wonderful artwork.
