Best customer service ever!!

So the portrait of my cat came out wonderful. I love it so much. The reason I give 4 stars, is because 2 months ago I made my first purchase, a pet portrait of my dog. Unfortunately, the images of the two pets look different. As if they were created by different artists. My cat looks realistic and the dog looks more abstract. I really like them both, just wish they were done with the same level of detail.

I ordered 3 dog pictures and couldn't be happier. I was hesitant because you don't get an opportunity to "approve" the artist's rendition, but am so glad I went ahead with my purchase. I LOVE the finished product and could not be happier. I did not order frames, so I can't comment on that aspect.

Photo of pet isn’t really what I was expecting. I wish there was at least one chance to ask for edits.

I purchased a framed portrait of my English Bulldog that recently crossed the rainbow bridge. I was nervous at first because you don’t see a proof after sending in a photo, but when I got the package, it was perfect. Happy tears all around. I’m planning to get another one for a coworker who just lost her pup as well. Overall, a beautiful way to remember our dog and keep her in our home forever.

Customer service was great in getting the quality of pictures that they needed. We got a picture of our 3 dogs, and the one dog just didn’t look like herself. Not sure if it was the picture I sent or the technology they use.
