Everything from ordering, sending my photos in and picking my style frame was super easy. This was a gift for someone was it turned out perfect!!! Looked exactly like their dogs and they absolutely loved it. Now I’ll order one for myself

West and Willow were very responsive -- first to answer a question and then to quickly correct a portrait. I've used them many times and they do a great job.

Process was super easy! My puppy’s picture was super adorable

Very disappointed with my painting of my dogs. My small dog is as big as my big dog. The picture just isn’t as I expected.

The images are super cute, but the quality is terrible. The frame is not even real wood and there is no glass on the frame. I assumed that paying over $100 for each of these the quality would be much better.

I was so excited to get my picture. It was a gift for my daughter who is leaving for college. The proportions are off. It looks like my dogs but I was underwhelmed with the final product. A proof would have been nice.

Hi Elle, We are very sorry about that. As of the moment, we don't have a system set up for preview yet. We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations. 👍🏼

I absolutely love the detail that was put in to constructing my picture, the only thing I can complain about is the quality of the frame, I feel like you should get a better quality frame for what you pay
