I love my picture of my yellow lab, Sadie. I know it’s supposed to be a painting, but it really looks like it’s been computer generated. Not sure if I misunderstood?

When I ordered this frame, I thought the whole body of my dog will be displayed includig his name. Unfortunately, it doesn't. I even asked custumer service but did not get a response. It's very nice done though, too bad, it only displays his head.

Awesome picture, my wife loved it!

The picture has such details. We have 2 cats who are from the same litter. They have different body shape, eye color, and one has black on the right face and one has on the left. All of these are illustrated accurately!

West and Willow has been great! I absolutely loved my print with the exception of a small coloring issue. I reached out to support at night and by the morning I already had a response from them. They promptly sent over a new proof that I was able to approve and shipped it out. Top notch customer service and quality products! I highly recommend.

I wasn’t happy with the picture of one of my dogs and the response was quick and they redid the art work.

2/5 because the images were very similar to the way the dogs look, however, one dog is significantly smaller than the other but appears larger in the portrait. So that’s why the low rating because it doesn’t look “realistic” and it was a gift so disappointed.

I didn't know what to expect, but I saw an ad on Instagram and I decided to give it a shot because I wanted a portrait of my dog that passed a few years ago. Exceeded my expectations by a long shot. It's perfect. I'll probably get one for my current dog, too.
