I placed an order for an online drawing, and yet, I never received my item.

I love it, turned out so well and captured my Nala girl perfectly!! Couldn’t be more satisfied. They really exceeded all of my expectations!

I have reached out to customer service a few times since placing this order. First to request a gift card of some sit be placed in the package just to say who gift is from. NOPE couldn’t do that for me Another time to request a look at finished item. As I live in a different state than receipient NOPE. NEVER happened. Only responses I ever got were automated. Very impersonal

Amazing customer service

I had seen this product all over my instagram and decided to buy it, once my order came I was disappointed, the quality was not worth the 47$ I payed for it. The print was very small and not what I pictured. I loved the product but not worth the 47$.
