The modern pet portrait of my sweet dog Ruby was AMAZING! I will forever keep it! Thank you!

I got the 2 pet custom portrait as a gift, the order came with one of the pets’ names completely misspelled. I reached out, filled a form and got a quick response saying that someone will be reviewing and that my order we’ll be fixed. Never heard from them again, it’s been over a week. I have sent several emails and filled another form explaining that this was time sensitive since it was a gift for a special occasion, no response at all. I’m stuck with an expensive portrait that I cannot gift and no response, it’s very frustrating because you can not call a phone number. Very bad customer service experience.

Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and thanks to West and Willow I have a great portrait of my sweet boy to treasure forever. The portrait came out better than I could have ever imagined, and I am SO thankful. THANK YOU WEST & WILLOW!! YOU GUYS KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!

I was very excited about this portrait of my dog and to give it as a gift to my partner. The image I received does not look like our dog. It does not include a white patch on her chest, which is one of her most distinguishing traits. You have to look closely to tell if its her, because the color is incorrect (all black). I'm so disappointed that I spent nearly $90 on this gift.

Delivered in less than a week of ordering and it was the perfect gift for my mom. Surprised her with a portrait of her class bunny and she cried after opening it.

I waited almost 8 weeks for my item with very poor communication with your customer service which I assume is now run buy AI. Read all the communication between us and you will understand what I mean. That being said, I finally did receive the pillow which is beautiful and my friend loved it. Don't know if I would order again as it was a frustrating experience.

I bought 2 framed pet photos from here-both are amazing! I had an issue with 1, they forgot the name and the halo. I reached out to customer service, they were apologetic and immediately corrected it, sent me the digital proof and my correct portrait. Followed up with me and kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process. The portraits again-came out amazing! I would highly recommend to any pet parents! And high five for their awesome customer service team!
