WePay is always happy to evaluate it's standard holds. If your account is in good standing, and the automatic hold is unnecessary, they'll be happy to evaluate expedited processing for you! This is extremely beneficial for those of us who process "larger than average" transactions, since the standard algorithms typically place holds on our deposits. The ability to contact WePay and have these transactions expedited (in scenarios where this is possible) is invaluable! Thanks for the assistance WePay!

WePay got back to me within 48 hours and gave me the information they had which helped me determine that the charge was something I had ordered even though the name didn't match. More details would have been helpful as it still required quite a bit of research on my end to resolve - but I have zero criticism of the rep who responded to me - very pleasant and helpful!

My daughter was in a very bad car accident, and this money was to help with medical bills. My campaign manager requested funds on 4/9(almost 1 month ago). I have yet to receive those funds! I have received small weekly payments that people donated after the initial amount was requested. So where is the other money? My campaign manager contacted you guys and said it was a problem on your end and it would be resolved, but still hasnt!

Hi Cory, we're very sorry for the trouble that you encountered withdrawing your funds from WePay. We did have an issue earlier in April that prevented some funds from being sent out, but as soon as we received word from you, our team was working on this issue to get it fixed. The funds are showing as captured with the bank as of 5/5, so you should have the money now. Kyle was extremely unhelpful. He could not tell me what or where the charge on my account came from. His only repetitive response was to file a dispute with my credit card company which I had already done. I then did some research online and see MANY negative reviews including the Better Business Bureau. I would recommend anyone who sees this company on their account immediately review it. Avoid companies that use this service because they are untrustworthy by association. Negative Negative Negative

Hi Jeannie, We're sorry to hear that your experience trying to identify a charge was not a positive one. Our colleague provided all of the details they had available to them in our system, unfortunately this charge did not have more information from the partner website. In cases like these when we do not have more information to provide and you feel this charge is unauthorized, then our last resort is to have the charge disputed with your credit card company.
