When I inquired about a charge on my bank account WePay was delicate in the way they handled my inquiry. They kept my information private and contacted me through my email account and that is when I realized the charge was legitimate. I thanked them and I appreciate the way they responded to my forgetfulness. Makes me know that there are still caring people out there.

I had an issue of random funds being deposited into my account. I contacted customer service and was helped by Dexter. He was very patient, kind, and very thorough. He took the time to look at my problem from every angle and made sure I understood where the problem came from. Great job on training your employees, this was a calm and easy fix thanks to Dexter.

I'm 64 years old and not at all good with all this tech stuff that most companies just assume all people know. Their team got me through a mess I created and was frustrated because I'm trying to help my 55 year young wife who has cancer. She is my life and the team helped me get done what I needed to do quickly. This gave me an uplift that my wife and will get through this trying time and be victorious ! Michael Bishop

I have been trying to resolve an issue with WePay now for 3 days so I can launch my new website. They typically take one day to respond to emails and their responses are either "canned" replies or they reply telling me to review their Terms of Service but do not explain exactly what to review or why one of my contributor accounts was cancelled. I selected WePay as our preferred payment processor over Stripe and PayPal. It appears I made a huge mistake and should have performed some due diligence research since I am now finding a significant number of complaints published by dissatisfied users of WePay. They use the term "Customer Delight" but they do not practice the theory that "Customers Are Really Everything" so they do not "C.A.R.E:" about their customers. I have even provided them my phone number but they refuse to call me. I do see they monitor this website and so I will see if they contact me today. If not, am converting my website to use Stripe before end of business today!

WePay will approve your business to use their service and then after your first payment is processed, they will freeze your account, making it impossible to access the funds you rightfully earned. While your account is frozen and "under investigation" for being high risk, you will have no communication with the company at all. They will not return your phone calls or your emails. Seriously the most stressful and worst experience I've ever had with any company in my life. They don't even deserve one star!

I set up an account, which was so dear to my heart, and was surprised the next day by finding out my account was cancelled for no reason. That was it. We are not living in a third world here. Please let me know what I did wrong so I can correct or just move on. There are so many other companies consumers can go to. It so hard for me to rate this company because I originally believed it would be different. I really think I now need to just start my own business in this arena to help so many who feel disenfranchised.

I have had nothing but trouble with WEPAY, this is a horrible company. It all started two weeka ago when a kind person donated $500 to my family and I, I got an e mail stating that they had to cancel the donation due to suspicions of it being fraudelant, after speaking thru e mail with wepay they said they couldn't give me anymore info, I spoke with the donar and he was appalled at the accusations we pay made, he was kind enough to try to donate again, Three days later we pay writes me an e mail saying that they closed my account saying that they could no longer help me and when asked they stated they could not tell me why because it was confidential!!!!! Horrible, Horrible company. We needed that money more than anyone could possibly understand. wepay ripped it away not once but twice. I plan to keep writing bad reviews for as long as it takes until people realise just exactly what kind of company kind hearted and needy people are doing business with!!!! Shame on you wepay, I hope your company gets shut down.
