WePay is the absolute worst. They take money straight out of your account for the mistakes of someone else, unauthorized! They refuse to return it to you, or be understanding in any way. They'll send you an email telling you that they had already done so, not even giving you a chance to contest or ask why. $45.46 stolen by WePay from my personal bank account, and I'll never see it again. I guess I do have one thing to thank WePay for... Thank you for showing me that I should have never done business with you or ever again, and now I can warn others against doing the same. I have nothing good to say about this company. Unfair and money-hungry... The absolute worst experience.

This is my first time with WePay and I am not great with computers. Their representatives have been very helpful.

This was the absolute best support experience. I was sent an email stating a check sent, but before I could get excited I realized the address listed was incorrect. I quickly emailed support and was put at ease almost instantly. Not only did they answer promptly, but I was given step by step instructions on how to fix the issue. They assured me that it wasn't a problem and I was reinstated a new check. They were super diligent and patient with my issue. These people really care and I can't thank them enough.

I had a banking issue that I was extremely concerned about. I emailed WePay and heard back from them within 24hours, with a solution. I'm so use to having to have a chain of messages, via email, before my question is answered. Within one email my question was answered with a direct solution as to what will take place with my banking information. I'm very satisfied that the individual responding to me was competent regarding company policy and information. Thank you for the billing support!

The most important part of customer service in a situation like this is clear and timely communication. I always received a quick follow-up or if a solution was being investigated and took a bit longer, if I asked about it, they would follow-up to explain immediately. I appreciate that very much - I don't mind waiting, as long as logical communication is maintained! :)

My son passed away, he was only 37 and suffered with severe depression and GOD decided to take him home. Only GOD knew how much he suffered. I came from Az back in 2009 after witnessing my husband committing suicide and knowing my son needed my help I decided to move to D.M. IA and once I got here I landed on life support 9 times so I know that GOD does not want yet but I have went through a lot of issues that caused a lot of hopeless feelings and if it wasn't for faith I would not be here today.
