Just wanted to share an awesome experience I had with Mira at WePay Support. Super prompt response and answered all my questions. I was very grateful to be able to get my issue figured out right away. Also, Mira's emails were very friendly. Great employee and good representative of your company.

Complete lack of communication. At first they failed a very large transaction ($20,000) but did not release the funds back to my client, holding up an important rush job for 10 days. Wepay "customer service" just marked all my tickets as solved. One was still open but there was no way to respond to it. I tried multiple browsers but there was no submit button on the ticket. I frantically opened new tickets but they kept getting solved with no response. Finally the transaction was cancelled, and I went to Square. Submitted the same info to Square and they approved the transaction after about 4 -5 hours. I accidentally left my client the option to pay by credit card on the next invoice (same client, new job) and I thought since the transaction was only $3600 (I've processed larger transactions through wepay before) it would be ok. But no. Two more payments failed. I immediately went to Square and they went through, both combined into one $8000 transaction. We[don't]Pay's customer service is a complete joke. Any response always seems automated, like there really isn't a person there at all. And for all I know, there isn't! No way to call them. I quickly cancelled my account. Good riddance!

Hey, Doug! Please be advised that every time you open a new support ticket with WePay, you are automatically placed toward the end of the queue. In the event that you are already working with a support agent, they will merge your additional tickets into your original outreach so that you receive a response in a consistent and timely manner. This is why they were being marked as "solved". As mentioned in your support ticket, you were advised that despite being "solved", by responding to the e-mail, it will automatically open the ticket back up and assign it to the agent you were previously talking to. In the event that a payment is failed on WePay's side, it can take 1 to 7 business days to return to the payer's account, as dependent on their card issuer's processing times. This is not something that WePay has control of. We're sorry for any misunderstanding or frustration this matter may have caused.

I had a few related & difficult problems that I need help in solving. Much to my surprise, the Customer Delight agents were working on the weekend, so I had a 2 day head start.
