Excellent customer service. On more than one occasion, Skylar has gone above and beyond to help us. We are a small business and have introduced a new billing system to our existing clients. That process has been somewhat bumpy. Thankfully, WePay is the chosen payment platform for our new management application. WePay has offered a level of customer assistance that other payment platforms have not offered. Navigating new business management software along with a new method for collecting payments can be confusing. WePay has responded promptly and with expert assistance. I genuinely feel as if they are committed to our company’s success. Additionally, WePay has protected our account from fraudulent payments. Easiest online payment system I've worked with...and I've had 4 or more over the years. The customer service is excellent, the rates are fair, and they integrate with Builder Trend, my home improvement business's customer management system. What's not to like! :)
