WePayReviews of wepay.com

Kevin provided exceptional support! Ours was a unique situation. He stayed with me through several steps and made sure that I had everything I needed at every step of the way. Indeed, he was an Agent of "Customer Delight."

I am a new customer and WePay is holding over $50k of registration costs to an event I host for Young Leaders. They asked for and received the documentation to support our transactions then they asked for future documentation for an event scheduled a year from now that we do not have contracts on yet. No one is responding in a timely manner. I am sorely disappointed in this platform and will be pursuing legal actions against them for holding our funds. I will also be contacting Chase, the Better Business Bureau and RegFox who has them listed as a partner.

We pay is the best! Mira processed a $100 refund request within a half hour. Very nice to see such a quick response. Great customer service!

This is our main payment processor. They have been taking our money for a month and have not been transferring it as they need us to verify our personal details, which I have done many times. I submitted a ticket, which Mira responded to very politely, but was unable to help. My request to speak to the Trust and Safely team was acknowledged, but we did not hear from them Two weeks of messaging and filling forms and sending documents have ended with them asking for the same information again and closed the ticket as resolved! A month of no payments has put us, as a small business, in a really difficult position. Whilst Customer Service are polite, when there is a real problem, there is nobody to turn to. My only option now is to complain to financial regulators and try to contact as many people on Linked In that I can find that may be able to help.

Although I'm still completely certain why my account was denied, I do appreciate the speedy replies from Sean!

I honestly cannot believe how poorly a possible fraud issue was handled. They have SO MUCH automation in place that before they knew everything about the situation WePay double drew from my bank account and then overdrew my bank account by over $10k. There isn't a phone number to call, there are only online tickets. Their support people start automatic processes before relaying to YOU, the user, all the facts about what and how much they are going to pull from your account. I didn't have any control over the situation or their hands into my bank account. I told them I was POSSIBLY part of an elaborate fraud scam, and they started an automatic process of pulling money from my account which I didn't authorize after learning just how they were going to do it. I had more questions about the situation and process - but they started pulling money back out of my account anyway and overdrew my account. I had to call my bank and ask for forgiveness for the overdrawn account. WePay then went BACK AT IT after I told them to stop because I felt I had lost control of the situation not only from where I was being POSSIBLY scammed AND WePay. Now the "client" (likely scammer) issued a chargeback. Which was fine, I wanted to see them do that - BUT we have a signed contract which specifically states the client's deposits are all final - which I submitted to WePay upon notice of the chargeback. Apparently, my documentation didn't matter and their automatic process just keeps moving in favor of the fraudulent client that I TRIED TO STOP IN THE FIRST PLACE. Today I get a notice saying my account is negative $10k with them and they are going to pull the funds from my account. ..I mean, I can't even believe how terrible this situation has been handled. I tried to do the right thing and take this process step-by-step but WePay wasn't interested in helping me understand the process or listening to me or even OKAYing with me when and what they were pulling from my actual bank account. On top of that I've issued a stop payment on them and then THEY CHANGED their name and got through my bank's stop payment set-up. I feel so unbelievably violated I cannot tell you. Where this stands now is that I'm overdrafted and the scammer got all the money. I've spent HOURS on this and left with all the problems.

You have excellent customer service!! I dealt with Mira & she was very prompt with my questions, you've got a real gem there! Will deal with your company anytime, thank you, Cynthia Barker

Truly amazing customer service. Received responses (and answers!) to my request within an hour. Mira, in particular, was just too cool for words!
