WelltoryReviews of welltory.com

I love Welltory! I started with an annual subscription and could not imagine being without, I invested in the lifetime subscription. The wealth of health-related information and feedback is so worth it if you are serious about your daily wellbeing. Best of all, it just keeps getting better with refinement and valuable updates.

Great app! This is so informative and really is helping me understand what I can do to better myself or keep things going. I purchased the pro version and very glad I did. So far, well done Welltory! Ill update if my view changes.

I’ve been using Welltory for about 5 years. It’s grown so much in the detail and insights to my sleep schedule, exercise and recovery. If I’m feeling off I can see the results and get the insights to help me.

I’m using the app now for more than one year and already extended my premium subscription because it’s absolutely worth it. It helps me every single day to understand my energy level and what’s best for me on this day. Much recommended!

I enjoy the Application. It gives a lot of insight to my energy levels, throughout the day. Love the new workout mountain feature. The application continues to advance and update. It is very promising and hope they continue with the integration of AI to meet my health needs.

I have anxiety and tachycardia so i like to keep tabs on my health, specifically my heart. I’ve tested several ‘health tracker’ apps and Welltory was the winning one for me. While premium is a tad pricey for me with my current finances (𝘐'𝘮 𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 7 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭) — the app checks, utilises and stores a lot of different & important data which has been really great personally to export for when I see my GP while also alerting me in real time when necessary. It connects to more apps than I can name, has more features than I can keep count of and i definitely recommend others to download it for themselves!

Welltory has been an absolute lifeline during my burnout recovery. I genuinely don’t know how I would’ve navigated this journey without it. What makes it different from anything else I’ve tried is how it gives you real-time insight into how your nervous system is doing — not just surface-level tracking, but deep, intelligent analysis that actually teaches you how to listen to your body. And for someone in recovery, that’s everything. There were days when I felt fine but wasn’t, and the data caught it before I pushed too far. And days when I felt awful, but the app showed me I was still on the right path, and that gave me hope. Welltory didn’t just help me monitor my stress and recovery — it helped me change how I live. It supported me in: • Pacing myself during energy dips • Understanding the true cost of overstimulation • Learning how rest, food, sleep and even emotions affect my system I’ve been able to gently return to movement, rebuild trust in my body, and even track how moments of joy, grief, and self-care affect me on a physiological level. That’s powerful. If you’re dealing with burnout, stress, chronic fatigue, or simply want to understand yourself better — Welltory is more than worth it. It’s like having a scientific mirror held up to your nervous system, with kindness.

It gives me a lot of information to help manage my energy hour-to-hour, which keeps me functioning despite autoimmune disease and brain injury. Used in conjunction with the coach add-in with chat GPT it becomes a powerful proactive tool.
