What makes this company? Well, that's a great question I have to say. It's the individual that I spoke with his name is Alan. I didn't catch his last name, but I have never met a more professional, more courteous individual of such caliber. He is truly outstanding and honest. Individual who treats you the way that you'd like to be treated. Weiss ratings is a company that stands behind its product. Its success should be hallowed. If you're looking for a rating agency, someone to stand behind their information and give you accurate, complete and professional and reliable Ratings then you need WeissRratings. Don't forget to ask her, Alan... Alan, thank you for your time and your courtesy. It was a pleasure dealing with you today. All my best young man on your endeavors and your future career.

I was a bit confused regarding my memberships and Allen was able to clarify all the different subscription I signed up for. He also guided me through the company's website where I was able to locate the entire library of reports I was looking for. He made my search so much easier and I am now able to make an intelligent decision regarding a new subscription I am considering. Thank you for your great insight...

Seems to be an endless request of emails to sign up for new programs that progressively become more and more expensive. Customer service is limited to the taking of your money and setting you up but after don't expect any Customer service at all except lip service. I signed up for subscriptions that cost me about 2700.00 dollars and lost more than 2k dollars on the investment advice. I have called and emailed Customer support relentlessly and the best answer given to me over the phone was that someone would contact me soon but no one ever does. All Customer emailed requests remain unanswered. I do get emails constantly urging me to buy more subscriptions. The last would cost 3500.00 dollars. I am not sure if any of the subscriptions being offered are good or not. I can only tell you that the ones I signed up for did not yield the the projected results that they advertised. After over 2 months of trying to reach out to someone to refund my money back guarantee, I have had to accept that is not going to happen. I hesitate to speak about anyone in a disparaging manner but I must say. My experience with Weiss has been disappointing. I don't say this to discredit their intentions but certainly the result. With the exception of taking your money and setting up your account, Customer service appears to be as non existent as it possibly can be. I would have to now honestly say that you should be cautious about giving your money to someone who uses the tactics of fear and urgency to motivate your actions. I am very Disappointed.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on everything,

There was a problem with my signing up for the Weiss limited offer of two weeks for the Weiss Technology offer. I signed up for this service and provided all my information including my credit card. The next day I checked my email and received a message there was a problem with my account. I tried over the next two days to sign in and was not able to correct. now two days later time to register for the offer I tried to register and I would get to the end of the presentation and I could not sign up. this morning, July 28 2023, I received an email message @ 9:23 advising me there was important information regarding my subscription. I responded to this email with the phone number 1-877-934-7778. i was connected to representative Alan. He was very willing to help me resolve my issue. He determined that my problem was that the name of the name of the offer for the offer that expires today at midnight is the same: Weiss Technology Portfolio. Which I am a subscriber. I am sorry that in my haste to meet the time of the deadline on the product I have caused this confusion, I am most grateful for the help I received. this morning.
