Good business ethics, bad results
At the presentation where I subscribed to the premium service Crypto Wonders, Dr. Weiss stated that if certain financial results were not achieved within a year, the next year would be free. The results were not achieved. And when it came time to renew the subscription, I wrote an email and ask them. I received an email from an employee named Claudio, who informed me that my subscription will be renewed for free "As we did not meet the guarantee". So yes, they showed great business ethics in a difficult situation. They keep their word. I give 3 stars because: - Bad results. My portfolio is in great loss due to bad recommendations, bad timing. - They tried many times to sell me the second year subscription with "$250 discount"(for $3250) a month before exparation date, knowing the guarantee is not met and the next year must be free. Overall for 1 year I gave $3250 only for loosing 50% of my invested money. Hope the next will be better.
