I was a bit scared to dive deeper into my Weiss opportunities, but I am so grateful I did after my initial phone call with Andreas Spentzos yesterday. Now I could kick myself for waiting to upgrade my Weiss membership. There is SO MUCH Weiss has to offer and I cannot wait to work with Andreas take advantage of the diversified and talented group at Weiss Ratings! WEISS KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I subscribed to a service offered by weissratins. The service is Weekend Windfalls. I prepaid nearly $2000 for an annual cost . After one month I tried to cancel under their guarantee. I asked for a pro rata refund. I was told I could get a pro rata credit for any of their other services . I said I am not interested in any other services. I should have noticed that they are not rated by the Better Business Bearau. I am very dissapointed with the illusory guarantee that they offered on this advisory service.

The phone attendant in customer service was very polite and helpful. She was very efficient.
