Very difficult getting through. On hold for long periods of time then hung up on. The experience is much like calling the DMV.

I joined Weiss Ratings with the hopes of receiving accurate, timely information on resource stocks and crypto. Most of what I have received since has been advertising for add on publications.Too often when additional information is recommended it requires an additional expenditure of $2 - $3,000 inorder to benefit from that information. With regard to the 3 publications that I have subscribed to the only one that has much value and continuous updates ( the others only update weekly) is Juan Villaverde's Crypto Portfolio. I made a mistake subscribing to the Weiss publications. I will not be renewing and hope this review is a warning.

I was really excited to have some help in understanding crypto investing. As I went along the program that I purchased didn’t fully cover the full crypto markets. Weiss kept making more and more offers. To my surprise I was lead on that I had all that they offered at the time I bought into the program. I feel I was misled and didn’t get what was promised to me.

All i seem to get from Weiss is more very well structured ads for ever more expensive products. They seem to be making all the money selling information rather than helping.

I requested a refund on April 3, 2024. I am still waiting on it. I requested an escalation last week. I just called and all they can say is it's still pending.

I am tired of getting endless offers to spend thousands of dollars for "guaranteed riches," rather than useful investing advice for the subscription that I signed up for.

I've been their customer briefly, didn't benefit from their 'advice' and brainwashy content (using all the cheap tactics, but providing zero actionable advice), and it all ended with a chargeback through my bank as they charged me renewal despite a cancellation. Years later, despite many hits of the 'unsubscribe' button, they're spamming my inbox. Very often the unsubscribe is 'broken'. Pathetic. This is not a reputable business, as they try to appear. They're spammers using all sorts of cheap tricks to get your money. Avoid. Edit: After providing my details through here, Amber from Wiess reached out. A very polite and helpful response, at least trying to understand reasons for the low rating and double check it all. When I said I stick to my rating, I still got a very friendly and polite reply. While unfortunately can't say this changes my opinion on their spammy emails and services, perhaps a step in the right direction of noticing and respecting the customer.

15 SEP 2022 I originally purchased WR All-Weather Portfolio for $ 2,450. 19 SEP 2022 After reviewing its recommendations, I sent an email asking WR to switch my program to the WR Crypto Portfolio. No response. 23 SEP 2022 I called requesting the same and was told I would be charged an additional $ 104.44. The WR Crypto Portfolio was priced $ 50 higher than the WR All-Weather Portfolio. 23 SEP 2022 I filled out and submitted the form to receive my $ 300 Crypto Gift and received an email back stating I would receive it within 5 to 7 business days. 4 OCT 2022 I again checked my wallet. The $ 300 in Ether had not arrived. I called. 5 OCT 2022 Today, I received an email back stating that I would receive $ 250 in free Ether within 5 to 7 business days after submitting my wallet address. I replied that it should be $ 300. We'll see. *** The math used in the WR Crypto Portfolio infomercial doesn't add up, either. I'm still waiting for a response on how a $ 10,000 investment in Cardano could have yielded over a $ 1,000,000 return. Instead of answering the question as submitted to the Editor's Mailbag, I received a response thanking me for my editorial input. I asked the person to forward my question to Juan Villaverde, WR Crypto and Cycles Analyst. We'll see.
