I subscribed to a service offered by weissratins. The service is Weekend Windfalls. I prepaid nearly $2000
for an annual cost . After one month I tried to cancel under their guarantee. I asked for a pro rata refund.
I was told I could get a pro rata credit for any of their other services . I said I am not interested in any other services. I should have noticed that they are not rated by the Better Business Bearau. I am very dissapointed with the illusory guarantee that they offered on this advisory service.

WEISS RATINGS LLC STAY AWAY Fraudulent Business and Absolute Scam.
THIS IS A SCAM that regulators don't know how to deal with. This company has no limits: they steal your hard-earned money, you paid for a subscription that never arrived. You believed you will have VIP customer service and a full REFUND should you not be satisfied! None of these is true. There is nobody to contact post sale. The sad reality is that since they took your money you will NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN!
They must be laughing all the way to the bank. This company targets vulnerable clients—especially the elderly and those inexperienced with money—promising to "sell them subscription so they can make a fortune as they know so much." The only person making a fortune is Martin Weiss and his circle of scammers. This is an extremely dangerous operation. THE VIP CUSTOMER SERVICE must be his wife so she can have a good laugh!
The "VIP Customer Service" you paid for, it must be his wife on the other end so she can have a good laugh at your expense. Do not fall for their marketing.
You can deal with them through the government agencies, which will take you lots of time and stress, or go to court, which most people won’t do, as it costs equal to what the Weiss Ratings LLC scam stole from you already. This is the only reason this SCAM exists – it’s time for Class Action Lawsuit Against Weiss Ratings LLC.

Unjust algorithm
I personally do not think this black box algorithm should be grading pre revenue biotechs. Your algorithm is slanted toward grading revenue based businesses and it unjustly gives low grades to young biotechs. There is no transparency to your final letter grade that is publicly published. You need to develop algorithms for specific sectors and publish those findings to be transparent.

Useless service
Useless service. Recommendations are based on fundamentals only with no regard to technical signals and analyst sentiment. I used their basic service and AI recommendations and found it to be useless. Total waste of money.

I won't be spending anymore money here
I won't be spending anymore money here. I made 2 deposits to get the welcome bonus. I deposited 60 in total, I won 116 and couldn't withdraw any of it. I wrote Weiss and it's been over 24 hours with no reply. I can play at Betty and be treated like a valued customer with a chance to actually win

If the product loses money, they shut up shop and don't answer questions depites spending many thousands on their service - absolutely disgraceful
I purchased the Weiss AI Profit Accelerator product in May 24. I think I was miss-sold the product because of the known charges int. customers are charged per trade (FX). Absent this, I have seen US complaints losing money hand over fist in this product. I have been in the product for c 18 months & asked Q’s throughout and none were answered. Weiss come across as a champion for the average investor, but you pay them $7k and apart from bot answers and others promising responses which never materialise, you get nothing. I guess they think their T&C’s protect them against malfeasance and bad faith such that they do not even bother responding to very real concerns. I eventually formalised the complaint on the 7/12/25 requiring contact by 5pm 15/12 and remedy thereafter. I have not heard anything. It is ok if an investor is in a performing product, but if not, no answers or communication, absolutely appalling conduct and I have lost all trust and confidence in the product.
The prospectus speaks about beating S&P 500 by 51 to 1 over 10 years turning $100k into $11m (later increased to 94 to 1!) - 1 negative year in 10. I have invested for c. 18m and I am well under water with my pension money. You can imagine my stress. I was in gold which would have doubled £195k to £390k, more in keeping with the Weiss minimum S&P x 2 target/promise. The S&P increased by 31.55%, my pension -16.8% (£164,268) which was boosted by me putting £100k back into gold on the 31/7/25! or -64% compared with the S&P or 97% in view of x 2 S&P promise. If I had stayed in gold…
Had Weiss even responded substantively to me I would have exited earlier and not lost so much, got back into gold, and would have recovered the $7k investment (if actioned within a year). Their unconscionable behaviour and silence entrapped me into a useless product, lost much of my pension and taken $7k for what appears to be a miss sold product with no service.
Weiss do the right thing and please provide remedy.

I have been trying for a hour @ 5AM @…
I have been trying for a hour @ 5AM & cannot find the current report from Wealth Megatrends to get some information on how to find the research for gold. I wish to buy gold stock with a company that holds royalties on gold & lends to gold miners. I have not found the information that Wealth Megatrends has & now it is 5AM with about 4 hours before trading. I went around and around & end up with new ads for more subscriptions. I am going to bed now & will sleep late as I have been screwed which I did not expect from Weiss Ratings company. Good night.

Weiss Research Abandons Ship
On the recommendation of Weekend Windfalls director Nilus Mattive, I sold puts on Cal-Maine some months ago. The stock was well below the strike price well before the strike date, yet he made no recommendation to buy back the option. It expired at about 100, well below the 110 stock price. Since then, it has steadily declined, and now stands at $73 and change. I have lost more than $26,300, except for the $995 premium I made and $880 or so that I'm ahead in a covered call sale. Three or four weeks ago, Mr. Mattive quoted an alleged expert who praised the company or stock, and Mattive said we clients' losses would be recovered shortly. The stock spiked to $89 briefly, and Mattive never advised selling our shares and swallowing the loss. Since then, the stock has steadily declined, with no end in sight. I have to stop the bleeding, and will sell tomorrow.
Along the way, Weiss' ratings for the stock declined, and now has ceased rating it, while Chaikin Analytics has dropped it to a Neutral rating. I have spoken to several Weiss representatives, pleading for guidance from Mr. Mattive. I always was promised a reply, and never have received one. This is the real Weiss Research.
