They have been in business a very long time and actively promote their various levels/tiers of service. In the end, I didn't realize I had joined so many of the different tiers under the "Weiss" umbrella; and because it didn't meet my individual needs, I decided to back out of all of my Weiss commitments. RJ was professional in handling the exit process; told me the refunds I can expect to receive; and was very kind and considerate.
