Incorrect specs listed on their site
Incorrect specs listed on their site, that wasn't fixed after I pointed it out. They claim 3 different messages sent (including 2 by their own website) were not received. Took escalation to Paypal to get their attention. Edit: Since reply isn't an option I'll just edit. Put away the attitude. If I press "Contact us" on your website TWICE a week apart, and you say you didn't get them that's not something that I can help. I attempted to send you a copy of the third communication (email) sent on Paypal, but Paypal would not let me. I tried twice. I told you this. I sent you the error message I was given. And you still didn't update the incorrect specification on your website. Fix your website, fix your email, fix the specs on the site. Don't put that passive aggressive bull on a customer because you can't be bothered.

Hi, I am very sorry to hear to hear about your experience, however, we are very confused at what you wrote. We have not received any emails from you and have asked you to forward them to us multiple times but you have chosen not to. Were they ever sent? We have promptly replied to your messages on PayPal and the manufacturer has confirmed to us that the specs we have listed on our site are indeed correct. We tested our contact form more than a dozen times ourselves over the last three days and all messages reached our email. We continue to get dozens of emails and contact form submissions every hour. I'm not sure how you would forward an email you sent us through the PayPal messaging system. Why not just use email like you said you originally did? I'm not sure what you mean by "passive aggressive" and "bull". We are not in the business of trying to exasperate our customers. But if you can't forward the emails you sent and can't tell us the problem you have with the specs the manufacturer gave us to put on our site, I'm not sure what you expect us to do. Please let us know what more we can do for you to improve your interaction with our site! :) Thanks for your business!
