I tried to order a watch for my cousin as a congratulatory gift for her new job! Every time I do something goes wrong and it gets returned. I was finally able to purchase it thru my Amazon and it still screwed up. I gave the right billing address. What is really going on?

Hello,
We are very confused by your review. We have not processed any returns for this order because it was just placed a few hours ago. Nor do we see any other orders under your name or email address. We are not Amazon--are you confusing us with them or another company? Please let us know here or at [email protected] Thanks!

Not well
My order was not shipped in a timely matter and I tried calling and that didn't work. They already hit my credit card before it shipped, which means the order had been processed. Waiting to hear back from an email.

I am very sorry to hear this! We already replied to your email but are not sure why you have not received it yet. Would you prefer the order to be refunded or reshipped? Just reply to the email we sent you to let us know. Thanks!!

web sight is confusing.
I did not get what I was expecting with my initial order, I had to return the watch at my expense and make another selection which is more than twice the cost. To some extent I share the blame because I assumed I was getting the Eco drive feature. However I'm sure I saw a web page that included that feature. Very confusing.

Hello Derek,
I sincerely apologize about your confusion with our site! We had already sent you an email stating we would cover the costs of return shipping so no expense would be charged to you. The watch you chose the second time is a much more exquisite and complicated piece, hence the price difference between the two different watches. Please let me know if there's anything further I can do to improve your experience with us by replying to any of our emails we sent you.
Thanks again, Derek!!

Hello mark,
I sincerely apologize for any confusion caused on this order. Can you forward us the emails you said you did not receive a response to? We do not have any emails from you that were not promptly answered. We also sent out an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided. Did they end up in your SPAM folder?
Also, the type of shipping you chose, First Class Mail International, usually takes seven-to-10 business days, which are 10-to-14 regular days depending on the time it takes to clear customs. According to the tracking, your order was delivered within that time frame.
Is there anything else I can do for you to make your interaction with us significantly better? Just name it! :) Please let me know at your earliest convenience. All that we would ask is that you respond to any of the emails or voice mails we have left.
Thanks, mark!

Multiple Emails - Strange & Overbearing Customer Service
I've received multiple emails since placing the order. They repeat themselves and none of them have actually provided any information on my shipment status or tracking information. I've been on the website and there is also no information available on there. Instead of spamming me with emails, it would be nice to receive actually information about my order and for it to arrive on time (I still don't know where it is...).
Update - Since writing this review the item was received and the customer service did apologise for the confusion and as a nice gesture, refunded the cost. However, in doing so, they requested that I reconsider this review and then sent multiple emails, asking what else it would take to make me reconsider my review. Quote from their email below:
"Is there anything else I can do for you to make your interaction with us significantly better? Just name it! :) Please let me know at your earliest convenience. All that we would ask is that you reconsider your review of our company."
This is obviously nice of them to offer, but also a very strange form of customer service. The refund and offer is not being done out of good will, but purely to make their rating/review look better. The issue has been resolved and I don't need any other items and do not wish to interact with them anymore. Instead I am receiving nonstop emails (7 at last count) asking this question.
I would have updated the review however, their nonstop emails and misdirected attempts at customer service deserve to be noted as a review in itself.

Hello Shiri,
I am very sorry for any confusion on this order. I noticed the SPAM emails you said you received from us were the emails you requested replies to with order status and tracking information. Since you were not logged into your account when you placed the order, it did not show up on your account when you logged into the site. I show that the order was delivered and since refunded after you sent it back to us.
Can you elaborate on what you mean by "repeat themselves and none of them have actually provided any information on my shipment status or tracking information"? All of the emails we have sent you had updates listed in them. We have already refunded your order in full, and offered you gift certificates, free merchandise as well as cash, never expecting anything in return (especially not a changed review). If there is nothing we can do for you, so be it. We informed TrustPilot that you have not responded to our emails, and it was TrustPilot that continually told us to email you (they will corroborate this if you ask them).
The review you posted being modified is irrelevant to us. If you feel like it's accurate, then leave it up please! :) Our goal is to improve your experience with our company with or without a review--we only care about that, not your review. Since nearly half a year went by after we refunded your order in full, it was not believable to us that your review was going to be changed anytime soon without us contacting you first. Since we believed you still had a bad interaction with us based on your review still being listed, we finally decided to reach out to you, and TrustPilot requested that we continue to do so.
If there's nothing else we can do, no worries! We've moved on and hope you can find a way to do so also. We'd rather have our customer service described as "overbearing" rather than non-existent anyway, so thank you. :) Be well!
Thanks, Shiri!

Not happy with purchase
Ordered some sunglasses then later received an email they were not in stock. Website should notify customers a product is out of stock instead of taking their money and notifying them later by email. I have emailed twice to notify them of my cancellation and have not received a credit nor confirmation of cancellation email. I was offered a stock model for the same price. Uh... I don't think so. A stock model will probably have scratches and tried on by other customers. How could you offer a lower quality product to a new customer? Not happy. 😐
Response from WatchCo.comFeb 6, 2018
Hello,
Since we have not been able to get any of our emails or voice mails we sent to you answered, we are trying to reach you here. We apologize for any confusion, but the item you ordered was indeed listed as out-of-stock on the site when you placed the order for them. We received both emails you sent, replied to both of them and canceled your order. Your order has been canceled and was only pre-authorized, never officially charged. This was voided off, telling the bank/credit card company that we would not be accepting the funds. This applies to your account within two-to-three business days.
You also were not offered a "stock" model. You were offered an "in-stock" model per our emails to you. Since all of these items are kept on shelves and warehouses, they have never been tried on or touched by anyone else. We would never think to offer a lower quality product. We're also confused how you knew we offered you this since we only offered the in-stock model via the emails you stated you never received.
Can you help us clear this up so we can improve your experience with our company? There are a lot of issues with your review that do not match up with what we have records of on our end. Please contact us here if you do not want to reply to our emails or phone calls.
Thank you!

Not good
I ordered a watch and paid for 2 day shipping and it was never shipped. They created a label but never have it to fedex. Spent almost a week trying to get information but not successful. They customer service people are very nice. I was told the cost of 2 day shipping would be refunded but still nothing after almost a week.

I am very sorry about your confusion on this order! This was shipped out immediately when the fulfillment center reopened on Monday sine you place the order on Friday night. It was indeed shipped 2-Day Air, and arrived on time to you, but we refunded the shipping cost anyway as a show of goodwill. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do for you on this!
Thanks for choosing us! :)

Watch Band
Your web site had a good price and indicated free shipping in the US. When I checked out there was no free shipping option. I had to pay for delivery to get the band.
Response from WatchCo.comOct 30, 2015
Hi, Daniel!
I'm sorry you were confused on the shipping! You've probably already noticed by now that the free shipping option is advertised on our site for orders of $50 or more, which is why your band did not qualify. In any event, I voided your payment, but the strap is already on its way to you. Please enjoy it with our compliments for the mis-understanding! Thanks, Daniel!
