Purchased a watch for my son's birthday, and it was slightly delayed. The customer service was upfront with me and still shipped it out to me quickly. Everything was perfect, and I will buy more soon!

I bought a watch from this company 2 years ago and it was initially losing time. I contacted them and at the time (no pun intended) Kiran was helpful and I was able to return the watch for repair which they then sent to Luminox. The watch came back serviceable but was occasionally stopping and losing time again. I decided that I would just live with the issue and adjust the time manually when it happened again, as it was only or three or four times a year. Eventually this year the watch stopped and the second hand was just vibrating. I was unable to get it working at this point and was worried that if I took it to a regular watch repair technician, I would void the warranty. At this point I had the watch over 2 years, so I thought it would be long shot contacting WatchCo, even though I had an extended warranty. To my surprise Kerry was super helpful and I sent the watch back a second time for a repair and service. It is now running perfectly. What was more notable was the helpful manner and excellent customer service from Kerry. In a time where it is near impossible to contact many companies and when you do, their customer care is non-existent, it was so refreshing to speak to someone who clearly enjoys their job and cares for their customers. Kerry sent various emails and kept me updated on the progress. I run my own business and strive to deliver good customer care and I'm happy when I also see other businesses doing the same, when I am a customer. Thanks Kerry and Kiran. All the best. Nick

I am a collector and was not familiar with WatchCo prior to purchasing a Seiko Monster. I got the best price anywhere, and I mean anywhere, and shipping was quick. I also asked two dumb questions because I hadn’t purchased from them before, and both were answered quickly, politely, and accurately. I will absolutely buy from WatchCo again.

Ordered a Seiko from watchco.com and I am very happy with it, exactly what I wanted. Brand new mint condition no complaints at all. Transit time both in the US and UK took a little while longer than expect but that was obviously nothing to do with the seller, who I would use again.

Amazing customer service response time. Shipping, items in stock are actually in stock. Shopping is as fast as promised. I would highly recommend WatchCo.com and will be using their online shop again.
