Great range of highest quality items, fantastic prices and speedy ship!!

I ordered an item from Wasserstrom because they were the only place I could find that had it in stock. The price and shipping were higher than the competition, but I went with it because I didn't want to wait for the item to be restocked everywhere else. I ordered the item, but it took several weeks to arrive. Turns out Wasserstrom didn't have it in stock either, they just didn't acknowledge that on their website, during the ordering process, or on order follow up. I paid a lot more for the item than I could have, and still had the long wait. The item was exactly as expected when it arrived, no issues there.

From start to finish, a very easy, quick process that was very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them in the future.

Wasserstrom order took many weeks. I had to call them to check on order status. When I spoke to representative they acted like I was bothering them and that a turn-around time of a month and a half on a small order should be expected (which is unprofessional). This order was for iced tea pitchers for the summer season. We would have considered ordering more pitchers but with the order taking so long the summer season would be over by the time we received them. We will not be ordering from this company again due to the poor attitude of their customer service representatives and long turn around time of orders.

I love knowing a company still carries American products. The tongs I bought I have been using in restaurants for years and have never failed me. I highly reccomend Wasserstorm for the service you get and the products they offer.
