I had never used this site but did not want to drive around looking for apple baskets. I was hesitant because it was such a great price but they arrived in a timely manner and it is exactly what I was looking for. I am using them as part of an "apple of my eye'themed baby shower.

I am disabled. I have a feeding tube that I consume all my intakes. All my intakes are liquid, I wanted to prepare my fluid meals before the day. That is why I ordered three of them because I have three meals a day. Right now, all three bottles are siitng idle on my counter. I do not use them because I have to seal my meal because it goes right into my stomach.

Thanks for your feedback on this item. We do everything we can to properly describe our products and show an accurate image. This bottle does not come with a lid and is listed and pictured that way on our site. The lid is listed as a companion item and needs to be purchased separately. If you would like to purchase the lids the item number is 140791. You can purchase them online or contact our customer service team at 866-634-8927 M-F 8:00-6:00 EST. We are sorry if this has caused any inconvenience and let us know if there is anything else we can do.

I am so happy with the bowls. Now I can get back in the kitchen and do what I like to do. Using glass bowls were getting too heavy for me. Taking them down from the shelf and putting them back. These bowls are so light and a delight to use. Washing them is a breeze too. So glad I found them. I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Hi- We ordered a replacement heating element for our heat lamp, which was long, skinny and flimsy. Upon its timely arrival, it was bent completely out of shape (due to poor packaging by the shipping department) and was debatable if it would be able to be used as needed. We bent it back into shape and installed it. It works for now, but knowing what care was taken with our purchase, we will look elsewhere next time.

My work place was looking to replace some pitchers with lids, but when we looked them up, they were crazy expensive! We googled "pitchers with lids" and was taken to the Wasswerstrom site, and found replacements at much less price. Upon receiving the pitchers, we were happy to see the quality didn't suffer. We are pleased!

I had a very good experience. I received the the items I ordered promptly. I don't have very much experience with Wasserstrom, but this time was good.
