Happy Wife, Happy Life! My wife loves the bowls

I needed to replace the size of forks ordered and Customer Service made it very easy as well as fast. Rarely have I dealt with such good customer service.

Always have great luck ordering online and receiving quickly.

I ordered flatware and 2 out of 3 of my orders were the correct pattern. I contacted customer service to let them know that one of my flatware orders was the incorrect pattern, and within days, they resent the correct one. In addition, they told me I could keep the incorrect pattern or donate them. I am very pleased with this company!

I was very satisfied with the service and quality of the silverware ordered for our Country Club, in fact I am planning on putting in an order for more of the silverware next week. I was concerned that I would not find the pattern to match what we have so was very happy to go online and find it right away. Thank You

Been using now for three weeks recommend for people to buy their products

What more can one ask from a vendor?

I ordered a spigot for my restaurant's teas decanter. The part they sent me was wrong. Once I called the company they immediately sent me the correct item, no questions asked. I didn't even have to return the incorrect part. I will definitely do business with this company again!
