ordered 15 plastic bottles to be delivered ... only 9 actually were shipped ... no explanation for deficiency ... so, i had to call to find out issue ... told 6 were back-ordered ... remaining 6 still not received ... and never an email or any contact giving me a status update ... nicely done ... as if.

Most of what I need is available at a reasonable price. Sometimes I find great stuff in the sales category! The service is usually fast and efficient.

I ordered several apple baskets for a party and they were well priced! They shipped very quickly and arrived in excellent shape. My only thought is that I was charged tax and wasn't sure why. It was such a small amount I didn't question it. Other than that confusion, it was an excellent buying experience and I would recommend your website!

I placed a $1,200 dollar order three weeks ago and haven't received all the parts yet. This is a problem because they are for a fixture we are building for a new client so it makes us look bad. When I sent an email from the website nobody got back to me. Luckily other companies sell this product so I don't have to work with Wasserstrom any longer. Edit: As soon as I wrote this review the problem was resolved.

I had a slight glitch in shipping, which was resolved quickly.
