New customer. I was very happy with the ease of online ordering and the quick delivery of my items. Everything as described. Thanks.

Shopping was easy, checkout hassle-free, and the goods arrived as advertised and on-time. Good experience.

I like to cook with the best equipment and Wasserstrom helps me get the best for reasonable prices and reasonable shipping costs. My last order included two boxes of crystal Collins glasses which were expertly packed. The entire order arrived promptly and safely.

Good overall experience ordering products from Wasserstrom. Great selection of products and anytime I have emailed customer service about a product, they respond in a timely manor. The only issue I have found is some of the items are not packaged properly and the boxes arrive to my house almost opened. I think they could do a better job of selecting boxes and padding the items being shipped to eliminate this.

For cut proof gloves these guys really know how to exceed the customer's expectations. Good price, quick shipping and easy to use web site.
