Waste of money, don’t recommend getting them. They are so rude and unprofessional. I filed a claim for my laptop and they denied it because I didn’t know how it fell and wanted to write it off as mechanical issues. I went out of my way to a place that fixes computers to confirm that this isn’t a mechanical issue. They still denied me. Don’t waste your money on them, they will find all ways to avoid coming through on what you paid for. Very rude people and you can’t even get them on the phone. Wish I didn’t get it

This is a piece of crapt. Spent the money through my carrier. First time it dropped it cracked. Now they are saying I only registered my iPad. I down loaded the app on my phone and my iPad. Registered both. They are denying my claim on my phone. Such bull and the protection doesn’t even work. Total waste of money!! So disappointed!!

I purchased liquid screen protector for my phone from my carrier. They applied it. I downloaded the app & went through the testing. I thought I did everything to register for my warranty within days of purchasing. 3 months later, my screen is cracked & I find out that my warranty registration didn't go through. I have proof of purchase. I completed the tests & even have a screen shot of the completed tests. I have a screen shot of the app with my IMEI #. Warranty life says they won't honor the warranty. I thought I was registered through the app! You suck Warranty Life!

Terrible product. Very mad I wasted my money. My new phone cracked the first time I dropped it after putting on the screen "saver". Because I did not register it through the app before it cracked the warranty will not cover any repairs. But I never even had time to register it due to the rapid failure of the product in the first place.

Warranty Life was quick to respond to my claim, was very helpful in getting the repairs and refund I needed, and followed through with everything they said they would. This is a great company to work with and very trustworthy! Thank you for your help!

Prompt responses, helpful information and successful fix for my phone. Some pixels died, took it to Apple store, payed out of pocket, then I got a reimbursement check in the mail much earlier than expected. 5 stars all the way

Went through and followed all the steps in the registration card. All my information was uploaded, including serial numbers, receipt, and product information as requested. Now, 5 months later my screen is broken on ONE OF THE FOUR devices in which i bought the protector and now they are claiming it was not registered, but "inventoried". I am in the process of fighting them now. If i would have read these reviews first I never would have wasted the money!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TOTAL SCAM. I did EVERYTHING, but at the end I was told that this company wasn't going to cover my cracked screen. I haven't ever had a cracked screen.. but their stupid liquid screen protector didn't protect my phone!
